Looking to cut down on energy bills and make your home cozier? The Great British Insulation Scheme can help. It’s a UK government initiative that supports the installation of home insulation, making your space warmer and your wallet happier. Whether you own or rent, you could be eligible for assistance. The scheme began in April 2023 and is expected to run until March 2026!
Previously known as ECO+, the £1 billion scheme will help around 300,000 qualifying households across the country with the cost of installing new home insulation, which could save consumers on average around £350 a year on their heating and energy bills.
We can attend the property to carry out the initial survey and assess your eligibility. If you do qualify and decide to go ahead, we will then refer you to a friendly and helpful PAS certified company, our trusted partner is known for their professionalism and will provide comprehensive support throughout the application process and installation.

What's The Eligiblity Criteria?
In Order To Qualify For Government Funding, You Must Meet The Following Criteria*:
You Must Be A Home Owner And Reside At The Address For At Least 10 months Out Of The Year
Your Property Must Have An EPC Rating Of D-G
Your Property Must Be Within The Council Tax Band A-D
The Cavity Must Be Empty With No Pre-existing Cavity Wall Insulation -If Any Extraction Is Required Then You Will Not Be Eligible For Funding
